10:40am - dinky (my new cat!) has been rehomed at my apartment now as of yesterday :') she's settling in really well too. i'm nervous about leaving her for so long to go to work, esp as she hasn't used the litterbox yet, but i'm sure she'll be okay. i have dealt with enough mishaps with denver i'm not too concerned. also i didn't get either of those cat towers cause i kept leaving it too late LMAO but i got a deep jewel blue one on clearance yesterday and its quite nice!!
it fits in a nice little spot next the the front window so i think its good that its not too big :3
10:54 - making a list of games i want to put onto my newly modded 3DS !!! i modded it last night and so far have just set a custom theme and put luigi's mansion on it. here is my list of other games i want to put on it:
i do need to get a new SD card for it tho bc the one that was already in there was only 4GB. I have a 32BG microSD card but i need the bigger part to put into the 3DS lmaooo.

10:14am - just opened abc news and... laughing?? kind of bad, cause its bc i saw this article. but oh my god what kind of gotham villain shit???? "the teen apparently planned to carry out "a shooting at a bus stop, the bombing of a university, the poisoning of water supply, a train derailment, a school shooting and the killing of police officers". like POISONING THE WATER SUPLY IS THE GO TO FOR GOTHAM VILLAINS HEFJDBVHJDJDBJHVD??? this kid thinks he's in new york city. on a serious note i'm glad he was unable to do any of this and no one was injured, and that his bail was denied.

11:22am - i'm seeing joker folie a deux with some friends tonight :D i saw the first one in cinema on a kind of date with a girl HAHA (i know). im honestly excited its a music, i know when i watched the batman (2022) i wanted just an audio recording of the entire movie to listen to. and i really love holy musical b@man, which of course is a lot more silly than i anticipate this movie being, but i just DC mayunnnn. i hope it doesn't dissapoint, but i also don't want to get my hopes up bc a sequel IS a sequel and often aren't as good as the original ._.

9:46am - we get so quiet sometimes so i thought why not log into my neocities every so often and update whats happening :P so yesterday i was doing research into cat care and places i can get gothic looking cat items from bc i am looking after my friends cat as of wednesday next week! its kind of an indefinite solution at the moment, which i am totally happy with bc i'm looking forward to having some companionship in my sometimes lonely apartment. i've never owned a cat before but its something i've wanted to do for a while :3 i even thought about how getting a cat while living alone might be good for me. but i did feel nervous that i might not do well enough by the cat that i wouldn't really deserve to have them... but i know with dinky (yes thats her name heehee!) that i will be taking her away from a situation where she is unsafe, and that i will do my very bestest to enure she is safe, warm, and cared for ♡
11:15am - oh my god the wind today is INSANE...!! the side door into my work slammed open and the sound it made was almost scary. it felt like the door was going to break off its hinges.....
1:36pm - omg im YELLING!!!! so we have two builders in here to fix our door because of it getting damaged from the violent wind. and i had just queued the entirety of Mook's self titled album before i get to have my lunch break. and one of them, who i would assume is maybe mid 40s, said "what music is this?" and i was prepared for the worst and then he told me it sounded good. and THEN said "it sounds a little bit car seat headrest" which i had to try and not laugh HAHA. he asked where they were from and i was trying to pretend i wasn't literally a paul dano superfan LMAO and i was like oh i think from america? the lead singer is also an actor... i mentioned the batman and he hadn't seen it, and then there will be blood and he was like "oh yeah, right" so have i maybe turned this man into a paul dano fan? yes but in exchange for the horrors of hearing them compared to THE male manipulator band lmao. this is one eventful day already
